Robert “Rob” Kieckhefer

Robert “Rob” Kieckhefer

Rob is the founder and Managing Partner of The Kieckhefer Group. Focusing his securities career on retirement plans, Rob works closely with business owners by assisting them with their investment and retirement planning needs. Rob attended the University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison, earning a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering.

Rob serves on the EdVest 529 College Savings Board as an appointee of the Wisconsin State Department of the Treasury and the Governor. Rob holds the FINRA series 7 and 66 registrations through LPL Financial. He and his wife, Maryglen, currently reside in Mequon, Wisconsin.

Janet L. Ganong

Janet Ganong, Partner of The Kieckhefer Group, has been working in the securities industry for over twenty years. She specializes in 401(k) plan design, ERISA regulations and employee education. Because of  her experience, she is a frequent speaker at national conferences. Janet earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She then attended the University of Dallas, earning a Master of Business Administration in Industrial Management.

Janet holds the FINRA series 7, 6, 63, and 66 registrations through LPL Financial. She has also obtained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation. Janet currently resides in Cudahy, Wisconsin.

John Persa

John has worked with retirement plan sponsors and participants throughout his financial services career. When John was Vice President of Strong Retirement Plan Services, he was involved in creating Strong’s recordkeeping capability and implementing the participant services program. John received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He also attended Marquette University Law School, earning his Juris Doctor.

Jason Speich

Jason Speich, Partner of The Kieckhefer Group, has been working in the securities industry for over ten years. He specializes in retirement planning, 401(k) plan design, ERISA regulations and employee education. He has varied experience working with 401(k) plans, auditing them as a CPA and overseeing them as a CFO and Fiduciary. Jason attended Indiana University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance and the University of Wisconsin in Madison, earning a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Jason holds the FINRA series 7 and 66 registrations through LPL Financial. He has also obtained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation. Jason, his wife Marcella, and their 3 kids currently reside in Madison, Wisconsin.
